Terms and conditions
The rules for using this site, in plain language.
Last updated August 27, 2026
The short version
This is a directory. We list local businesses so neighbors can find them — we don't vet, screen, license-check, or vouch for any of them.
Hiring someone you found here is between you and them. Do the same checking you'd do with a name from anywhere else.
Who you're dealing with
OzarkThrive.com is operated by SkyVault Digital LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company doing business as OzarkThrive.com. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean SkyVault Digital LLC. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.
What this site is
A directory of Ozarks businesses, organized by town and trade, plus a feed of regional stories. Browsing is free and doesn't require an account.
We also sell one service to businesses — the Review Engine, which asks your customers for Google reviews. It is described on the services page and covered separately below.
Listings are information, not endorsements
This is the most important thing on this page, so it gets said plainly.
- We do not verify licenses, insurance, bonding, or qualifications.
- We do not run background checks or inspect anyone's work.
- A listing is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or a guarantee of quality.
- Where a listing appears in a list does not mean we think it's better.
Listing details may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Where we haven't confirmed a business's details, the listing says so rather than showing figures we can't stand behind.
When you hire a business you found here, that's a contract between you and that business. We're not part of it. Check licenses and insurance, get it in writing, and use the same judgment you'd use with a name from a phone book or a neighbor.
If it's your business listed here
Businesses are listed from publicly available information, and we don't require permission first — the point is a directory that's actually complete enough to be useful.
- You can claim it for free. Use the claim form on your listing. Once we've confirmed you're connected to the business, the listing shows its full profile.
- You can have it corrected or removed. Email hello@ozarkthrive.com. Removal is free, and there's no sales conversation attached to it.
- Claiming isn't buying anything. A free claim stays free. Our paid services are separate and entirely optional.
When you submit a claim you're telling us you're the owner or you're authorized to act for the business. If that turns out not to be true, we'll reverse it.
The Review Engine, our paid service
We sell one service. The Review Engine asks your customers for a Google review after you finish a job, nudges the ones who meant to and forgot, works back through customers you served in the past, and answers reviews as they come in. It is sold under a separate agreement we will put in front of you before you owe anything, and the price on the services page is current at the time of writing.
Every customer gets the same request. We do not screen people first and send only the happy ones to Google. That practice is called review gating, Google prohibits it, and we will not run it for you even if asked — it is the fastest way to get a business's reviews wiped.
We never write, buy, trade, or fake a review. Every review comes from a real customer of yours, in their own words. What we automate is the asking, not the saying.
We do not guarantee a number of reviews, a star rating, a search position, or any amount of new business. How many people respond depends on your customers and your work, and search rankings are decided by Google under rules that change without notice. Anyone promising you a specific result is selling something they cannot deliver. What we commit to is running the system described in the agreement.
You own your reviews and your Google profile. If you stop working with us, they stay exactly where they are — on your listing, with your business.
Using the site
You're welcome here. Please don't:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract listings to build a competing directory or a mailing list.
- Submit someone else's information, or claim a business you have no connection to.
- Try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site.
- Use anything here for anything illegal.
Stories and outside links
The news feed links to articles published by other people, pulled from their public feeds. We don't write, own, or endorse that reporting, and we're not responsible for what's on the other end of a link. Their terms apply once you leave this site.
What belongs to whom
The design, writing, and organization of this site belong to us. Business names, logos, and trademarks belong to those businesses, and appear here to identify them — nothing more.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is accurate or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including anything that goes wrong between you and a business you found here.
Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some states don't allow these limits, in which case they apply as far as that state permits.
Indemnification
If your use of the site, or your breach of these terms, causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Changes, and ending things
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means accepting the update. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site, including removing a listing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
